Processing & Production Times

Wooden Layered Maps

Production time:
2–5 business days

Each map is individually prepared, assembled, inspected, and packaged before shipment.

Custom Designs

Production time:
3–7 business days

Custom orders may require additional design preparation and customer approval before production begins.

Gift Cards

Digital delivery:
Instant

Gift cards are delivered electronically and require no shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

MapsContour cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided during checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Customs & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
